Dear United:

I am really sorry that one time I flew on a ticket someone else purchased without following the proper channels to get the ticket put in my name. (Hawaii was a blast!)

I now work for an airline. I still pay very little for all of my tickets, but when I have to buy a ticket next time, I will buy from you to make up for it!
